General Information

Nebraska Auto Auction (herein called NAA) makes no representations or guarantees as to the description, equipment, warranties,
title status or accuracy of odometer on any vehicle sold or offered for sale.

The sales at this auction are intended to promote fair and ethical treatment to both buyer and seller. If NAA determines that the
transaction is not fair and ethical to either party, the buyer and seller agree that NAA may cancel the transaction at its sole discretion.

All vehicles sold as-is.

If you are not a registered dealer, you must provide a Bank Letter of Guarantee

Bidder Guidelines

1. You must register to bid.
2. You must have a valid photo ID.
3. Buyer premium is 5% of final bid price (minimum $200). Buyer agrees to pay buyer premium, which will be added to final bid price.
4. Payment must be made with cash, certified funds or personal check accompanied by a completed bank letter of guarantee (see
   sample letter). Payment in full must be received no later than one hour after sale unless previous arrangements are made.
   Payment in full must be received before any unit is removed from premises.
5. It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect any vehicle prior to purchase. The buyer is responsible to verify seller’s representation
   and to notify NAA of any discrepancies on the day of sale.
6. Buyers are responsible to follow auctioneers cadence regarding price and any announcements. Any misunderstanding must be
   addressed before the drop of the auctioneers gavel, not following the sale of the vehicle.
